Colby Covington calls Jorge Masvidal "a jealous little bi*ch"

Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal are not on good terms anymore.

Colby Covington and Jorge Masvidal have some issues to workout.

The friendship between the two has been well-documented as both fighters climbed the welterweight ladder, but that friendship is no more. Covington accused Masvidal’s envy of fracturing their relationship.

“He’s the type of guy that when you’re doing something for him he’ll use you, but as long as you’re doing better than him and you’re not helping him out anymore he doesn’t care about you anymore,” Covington told ESPN’s Ariel Helwani. “When he got beat up by Demian Maia and I went in there and completely destroyed Demian Maia in his home country, that’s when the relationship started to get a little different and he started to act a little different towards me.”

“I know it’s not the MAGA stuff, Ariel, because he is a big Donald Trump fan himself,” Covington continued. “I know that because I’ve seen the support he’s put in the past for him. He loves the MAGA stuff and he’s always told me he respected that I was taking the Trump side even though people were going to hate me. He loved what Donald Trump [was] doing and he’d always make fun of Hillary.”

Covington accused Masvidal of becoming bitter.

“It was one thing after another. He started getting bitter and jealous over the Demian Maia thing. Then as soon as I won the world title, like I had him in my corner for that fight and he never even showed up that week to help me. He didn’t show up one night before my fight to help warm up with me. He was making it all about himself and he wasn’t truly happy for me and my success. All he cares about is himself. That’s all Jorge is,” Covington said. “Now I’ve passed over him. I’m making more money than him, I’m banging hotter chicks than him, I’m doing better in life and he’s just a jealous little b—ch.”

Masvidal did not take kindly to Covington’s remarks.

“Gamebred” spoke to Helwani the same day. Although he did not hear Covington’s exact comments, he had a message for “Chaos” nonetheless.

“He knows what f—king gym I’m at and when I’m f—king there. Actually maybe he doesn’t know. I could be at the gym tomorrow, Thursday, whenever you want Colby I can be at the f—king gym and whatever incidents you’re having we can talk about it like f—king men.”

“He had to tell Dana White that I was trying to assault him [at UFC 241]. Dana White came over to me like we’re in kindergarten talking about, ‘don’t give out no three piece and a soda.’ I go, ‘what the f—k are you talking about, Dana?’ He goes, ‘Colby’s telling me you’re trying to f—king assault him. You can’t do that.’ I go, ‘man that’s guys such a b—ch.’ Let’s talk like men. Why are you online doing all this s—t? For a like, for a follow, a fan? That’s how low your soul is?” Masvidal continued.

“Two weeks ago he’s saying I’m his best friend. I haven’t said none of that s—t in a while because this motherf—ker did some s—t I didn’t like to somebody that I adore, and that’s my coach. So since then we haven’t been cool. This dude needs to slow down. He knows better than most who the f—k I am,” Masvidal assured. “So I’ll be at the gym, Colby, if you’re hearing this you little b—ch, cause you will. He acts like he’s not sensitive at all but he’s the most sensitive dude I’ve ever met. He cries when he reads comments.”
